REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE: Includes a trade-back promise guaranteeing 100% of the accordion's original price to apply to a new Cooperfisa within two years. Value excludes any excess payment, shipping and wear and tear charges to be determined upon inspection.

SERVICE & RATINGS: With over 100 years of combined experience, no one can handle your service needs like Cooperfisa. We offer free assessments upon inspection. Service ratings are approximate and subject to change - the client will be notified of any unexpected changes or additional charges prior to resumption of work, if applicable. Estimated completion dates are subject to change due to material shortages, unexpected problems during disassembly, holidays, etc. encountered. No appraisal or evaluation can be provided without an inspection by one of our technicians
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: As a company that ships accordions and accessories worldwide, we understand that each country has its own customs and import tariffs depending on the product. It is therefore the sole responsibility of the recipient for all applicable brokerage, duties and taxes. We recommend that you obtain this information from your local government agency to understand potential import costs (not included in the purchase price).
RETURNS & EXCHANGES: Return or exchange an order by courier (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.) within 15 days of receipt. Applies to most products except accordions (see 10-day trial and replacement warranty above).
Contact us by phone or email to obtain confirmation of the Return Authorization. Upon receipt of RA return the item including the original invoice together with the parcel. We recommend that you insure your valuables and choose a service with tracking if possible. Cooperfisa is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items that have not been shipped directly from us. The customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs (to and from Cooperfisa ) on returned items along with any applicable bank charges. If an item was financed through a third party, applicable charges may be deducted from the refund. A Return Authorization and proof of purchase from Cooperfisa (store receipt, gift receipt, shipping invoice or account purchase history) is required for all returns and exchanges.
